After about a week or two, you can use Deliverance twice a day by applying tretinoin as your prescription states and following with Deliverance. A reminder: most prescriptions advise applying tretinoin to dry skin at night. We always recommend incorporating new products one at a time, low and slow, and patch testing. This especially applies when combining active ingredients, like niacinamide in Deliverance, with prescription-strength topicals. I have extremely sensitive, acne-prone skin with a very low tolerance for niacinamide, yet my skin absolutely loved this serum.
